By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.GENERAL✧. You must be 18+ to commission me.
✧. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character, outfit, or details requested.
✧. I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable or goes against my TOS.Will Draw
✔ Gore
✔ NSFW
✔ Original character and fan art
✔ Different body types and shapes
✔ Furry / Humanoid characters
✔ Armor (simple or moderately detailed)Won’t Draw

✘ Underage (including “legal loli”)

✘ Hardcore gore
✘ Abuse or Intense violence
✘ Offensive contentREVISIONS✧. I will send a sketch once the commission is accepted and payment is received.
✧. During the sketch phase, you may request unlimited changes as long as you list them clearly.
✧. After the sketch is approved, major changes are not possible. Only small color adjustments can be made.
✧. Once lining/rendering begins, extra changes will incur an additional fee ($200 MXN per changes).DEADLINES & DELIVERY✧. Illustrations: usually delivered within 1 week, depending on my queue.
✧. 2D Models: usually delivered within 3–9 months. (Delivery speed depends on payment progress, e.g., 50% paid → 50% progress completed).
✧. I may have other commissions in progress before starting yours.
✧. If you need your commission by a strict deadline (less than a month), a rush fee (50% of total price) may apply.
✧. Delivery time starts after full payment is received.USAGE✧. Personal Use:
You may use your commission for icons, banners, wallpapers, social media, streaming overlays, etc., as long as you credit me (@Kekki053 on X / @Kekkitoz on VGen).
✧. Commercial Use:
For 2D models, commercial rights are already included in the final price.
For illustrations, commercial rights are not included by default. Please let me know if you need them, and an additional fee (final price x2) will apply.You may NOT
✧.Resell my work as NFTs.
✧.Upload my work to AI databases or use it for AI training.
✧.Edit my work without permission (please ask first).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS✧. I retain full rights to my artwork.
✧. I may use commissioned works for portfolio, samples, or promotional purposes.
✧. I may reuse poses, compositions, or formats as the basis for future works, unless agreed otherwise.
✧. Reselling artworks/2D Models must be discussed with me first.REFUNDS✧. No full refunds once the sketch phase has begun.
✧. Partial refunds are only possible if I fail to meet the agreed deadline.
